THE PAX is looking for part-time staff!!!

[Major business activities]
・Preparing and serving banh mi and drinks ・Barista duties using an espresso machine ・Cleaning duties (guest rooms, bathrooms, and the entire building)
・Guest support (tourist information, etc.)
・Front desk duties such as check-in and check-out ・Administrative duties such as reservation management (responding to emails, phone calls, updating the reservation site, etc.)
[Working hours and holidays]
(Weekdays) 9:00-15:45 (45 minute break)
(Weekdays) 13:00-21:15 (45 minute break)
(Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) 9:00-17:15 (45-minute break)
(Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) 14:00-21:15 (45-minute break)
*You can discuss your preferred days and number of sessions.
*Since it is a shift system, holidays can be flexible.
*Please submit your request for the following month by the 5th of the previous month and a decision will be made between the 15th and 20th.
*You can also take long vacations for travel, etc. (Please consult with other staff members in advance.)
[Benefits] Hourly wage: 1,115 yen ~
The training period is approximately one month.

・Ability to converse daily in English/respond to emails/phone calls ・Good at computer work (replying to emails, basic operations such as Excel) → Reservation processing and information sharing will basically all be done on the computer ・Able to work more than 8 days a month for a long-term period of more than a year, and able to work on weekends and public holidays (including New Year's holidays and Obon) → Preference will be given to those looking for long-term employment and who are flexible.

[主な業務内容]
（清掃業務）客室を中心とした館内清掃
（宿直業務）戸締り、ゴミ出し、館内点検、レイトチェックイン対応、緊急時の連絡の取次ぎ対応、ゲストとの交流時間。
（飲食業務）系列の飲食店業務（キッチン、ホール）やイベントのお手伝い
（その他）館内メンテナンスのヘルプや、DIYヘルプ、ご自身の得意分野でのヘルプなど
例：SNS発信、イベント企画、簡単な翻訳、ゲストへの観光案内、案内POP作成など
[ヘルプ時間とお休み]
月46時間
＊シフト制なので、希望のヘルプ時間やお休みの日の調整は事前に相談できます。
＊基本は前月の5日前後に次月の希望申請を出してもらい、15日前後に決定します。
＊旅行などの長期休暇も取れます。（事前に他スタッフとの相談が必要となります。）
