ABOUT US
The PAX Hostel & My Banh Mi opened in August 2016.
It all started in 2007 in Tamatsukuri, Osaka. We started as a small guesthouse and cafe bar called "Yuen".
From 2011 to 2013, he operated "TEN HOSTEL&CAFE" in Minamimorimachi, Osaka.
Then, in 2013, Uen moved to its current location in Fukushima Ward.
Later, in 2015, he opened a stone oven pizza restaurant called Untei at the foot of Mount Ikoma in Nara.
In 2016, he opened THE PAX Hostel&Cafe&Records in Shinsekai, Osaka.
In 2017, we opened The BLEND Inn in Konohana Ward, Osaka.
We are currently operating a rental studio called Blend Studio.
In 2022, Blend Studio's second photography studio will open in Tennoji Ward, Osaka.
In this fast-paced age, we remain flexible, constantly changing our ways without clinging to anything.

Yuen is a fully renovated accommodation complex located just one stop away from Osaka Station and Umeda, making the most of the charm of an old townhouse that was once a traditional Japanese restaurant.
The accommodation is on the second floor, and the first floor houses Akutagawa Coffee & Spice Curry Tairiku, which roasts its own beans.
The aroma of home-roasted coffee, curry spices, and travelers coming and going blend into the Japanese architecture to create a space filled with an exotic atmosphere.

A rental studio in a three-storey concrete building designed by an architect. The Blend Inn hotel was renovated. It is a space that can be used for photography, exhibitions, events and other purposes, providing creative inspiration for anyone involved.

Blend Living is a rental photography studio and exhibition space located in a very convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Osaka-Uehommachi Station (directly connected to Tanimachi 9-Chome Station).
The space is designed to resemble a living room, surrounded by vintage Scandinavian furniture and designer products, and soft natural light pours in all day long. A variety of scenes can be shot using concrete-like mortar floors and walls, white walls, movable walls (white and natural), oak flooring, etc.
